This coffee is grown by the Kawazamurabawe Cooperative which includes 232 skilled smallholder growers and is processed at the Musenyi washing station that was established in 2015.
Using a single-fermentation process, cherries are soaked in tanks and are dried for 7 days, turning regularly to achieve even drying. Characteristics of this top Burundi coffee include delicate fruit flavours and lovely clarity.
