Dark roast coffee is so much more than simply roasting dark. While the cool kids are roasting light we have been perfecting the classic Dark Roast with modern roasting technology.
Why is this important?
Nespresso capsules only use 5g of coffee which is less than half a commercial coffee shot. These suckers need all the help they can get to avoid tasting weak and watery. Coffee roasters will commonly attempt to avoid this one of two ways:
1. Roasting a lot darker which tastes like ash and tabacco - yummy
2. Adding cheap Robusta beans instead of specialty grade arabica - tight a$$
We do neither and will keep it real using 100% MOLOTOV dark roast blend. It's taken years for us to perfect this roast and it may just be the perfect solution for your Nespresso machine
